! House Rules – Welcome!
Thank you for choosing our holiday home! To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we
kindly ask you to follow a few simple rules:
# Check-in/Check-out
Check-in: from 14:00 to 15:30
Check-out: from 08:30 to 10:00
Please respect the times to allow proper cleaning and preparation of the
house.
# Cleaning and tidiness
Leave the house tidy as you found it.
Please wash the dishes and take out the trash before check-out.
Separate waste into the proper bins (plastic, glass, paper, organic,
general waste).
# Prohibitions
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
# Pets
Pets are allowed, we ask you not to let them get on beds, sofas, chairs, and cushions.
# Noise
Please respect quiet hours from 23:00 to 08:00.
Avoid excessive noise that may disturb the neighbors.
# Safety
Make sure to lock doors, windows, and gates when you go out.
Do not leave valuables unattended: the property is not responsible in case of
loss or theft.
Use of spaces
Use common areas and furnishings with care. Do not move furniture without authorization.
# Additional guests
It is possible to host friends or relatives not included in the original booking, with an additional cost
of 25 € per person per night. We kindly ask you to inform us. This contribution covers the higher management costs, including: water and electricity consumption, use of extra linens (beds, towels), extra cleaning needed to ensure hygiene and comfort for all guests.

# Responsible water use
We kindly ask you to use water wisely, avoiding waste.
In Sicily, water is a precious resource and unfortunately increasingly scarce, especially in the summer months.
Please limit shower time, turn off taps while brushing your teeth or washing dishes, avoid frequent washing of towels or sheets if not necessary.
Every small gesture counts: thank you for helping us respect the environment and local resources!
